Roku is the option for those who do not have access to LLBN via cable or satellite, but have a high speed internet connection. It is a gadget that connects to a regular television. This tiny box is affordable, with one time purchase cost and no monthly fees. It is also easy to install and use.
In addition to LLBN English, LLBN Chinese, LLBN Arabic, and LLBN South Asia, many other channels channels are also available on Roku, including the following Christian channels (mainly under the "Religion & Spirituality" section): 3ABN, The Adventist Channel, Amazing Facts TV, Amazing Discoveries TV, The Hope Channel, and Lifestyle Magazine.
Roku can be purchased at Best Buy, Walmart, Sears, or Target. If you wish to purchase it online, go to www.llbn.tv. (Currently, Roku is available only in the United States and Canada, but the gadget can be used anywhere a high speed internet connection is available).
The steps to install Roku are few and easy.
To begin, open the package and follow the initial instructions that you find in the booklet. You will have to create an account via internet, but, there is no charge for watching any LLBN channel via Roku. Then, using the remote control, do the following to find LLBN:
Go to Channel Store - click
Scroll down to “Religion & Spirituality” – click
Using your "left" or "right" buttons, find and choose “Bright Star TV” - click
Using your "left" or "right" buttons, find and choose Religious – LLBN International / LLBN Arabic / LLBN Chinese / LLBN South Asia - click
